Returns

Products can be returned within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.
• You must have a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at info@cuttcostcollection.com.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
